XTRUmag is a multi-purpose flexible magnetic product for signage, screen printing, digital imaging and advertising specialty. The applications are limitless.
Manufacturing Process
MagX's unique extruded manufacturing process ensures that our flexible magnetic sheeting is the absolute smoothest and most flexible magnetic product available.
Standard Laminates
Our standard laminates are compatible with most printing methods and inks including solvent based inkjet systems, screen-printing inks, bulletin colors and cut vinyl application. Like all MagX's products, our exclusive coating system eliminates the chance of any delamination. XTRUmag standard colors include White Matte, White Gloss, Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) and Plain Brown (no lamination). Custom laminates are available upon request.

24", 24-3/8", 40", other widths available upon request.
Standard Lengths
Depending on the laminate and thickness, roll lengths include 10 ft., 25 ft., 50 ft., and 100 ft. with other lengths available upon request.
Thickness
Unlike other manufacturers, MagX's XTRUmag flexible magnetic sheeting is a true mil thickness plus laminate.
Custom Thicknesses
.006" to .040" thicknesses are available upon request.
Weatherability
MagX's XTRUmag flexible magnetic sheeting is the best performing product in adverse weather conditions and in temperatures from -15*F to 160*F (-26*C to 71*C).
Flexibility
At 68*F (20*C), MagX's XTRUmag flexible magnetic sheeting can be coiled to a 1/2" (12.7mm) radius without cracking.
Magnetization
MagX's state-of-the art, multi-pole magnetization method provides maximum holding power. Our standard magnetization is 12.5 poles per inch.
Packaging
MagX's XTRUmag flexible magnetic sheeting comes standard in heavy gauge corrugated packaging with a 3" core and suspension system ensuring maximum protection against damage. Custom packaging available upon request.
